Our portfolio growth comes from a network of accredited mortgage managers who are located across Australia, and who are responsible for loan origination and credit assessment.
As partners, our mortgage managers play a key role in managing the ongoing customer servicing for borrowers, while we maintain ownership of the product and lending policy parameters, together with the supply of systems, on which the lending data is managed.
Set up as part of the white-label mortgage management arrangement, we also provide account servicing and back-office loan processing support and underwriting.
